After presentation of our completed business development report, some companies assess the amount of managerial resource time required to execute the plan, and may seek additional support. Omark's strength is to integrate with the company's senior management to initiate and progress the agreed strategies of the plan to completion.

Our past experience in this management has realised increases of double-digit turnover growth on specific projects even for companies in mature markets who run our programme proposals over a sustained trading period.

A minimum entry level of 80 working hours is required for this work.
